Cluff Gold, a British junior miner, announced it will buy a second site and exploration permits in Burkina Faso, boosting its presence in the African nation. The company is acquiring the Sega property from Canada’s Orezone Gold Corp for US$ 15 million and the issue of 11 million shares of its own.
The Sega project is near Cluff’s Kalsaka venture and will benefit from ore-processing facilities already in place at the latter.
